- Understand that success is getting there, but a commitment to excellence is how you stay there so don't take position for granted and think the work is done.
- Help without asking permission; see a way to solve a problem for me? In the words of Nike, just do it 😁. Asking how you can help is great, but helping me solve a problem and reporting results after is better.
